Hello, my name is Randy Prieto, founder of Spirit & Nectar, a Toronto based boutique mobile bartending company.
With over a decade of experience in hospitality, my approach to bartending is rooted in precision, consistency, and genuine hospitality.
Spirit & Nectar was created from a passion for delivering more than just drinks, but a complete experience. I believe that thoughtful service and attention to detail can define an entire event, and that the bar should feel seamless, welcoming, and elevated from start to finish.
Whether it’s an intimate gathering, a milestone celebration, or a larger event, my focus remains the same: creating cocktails with intention and delivering service that feels effortless and memorable.

Our service includes professional bartending, a curated cocktail menu, all mixers, garnishes, syrup, bar tools, and a complete bar setup. We also provide consultation prior to your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Clients are responsible for supplying alcohol, ice, and glassware. We’ll provide a clear and customized shopping list to make preparation simple and stress-free.

Absolutely! Each event includes two signature cocktails which we will discuss with you prior to the event and tailor drink selections to your preferences, event, or season.

A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to confirm your event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event.

Our standard package is designed for up to 50 guests. For larger events, additional support may be required and can be arranged based on your event needs. Feel free to reach out to discuss your event and we’ll be happy to create a custom quote tailored to your celebration.

Events within a 35km radius is included with all bookings. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside of the included service radius.

We recommend booking as early as 3-6 weeks before the event, however, we’re always happy to accommodate last-minute inquiries when availability allows.

Yes! We know that not all celebrations need alcohol. We can create a zero-proof cocktail experience featuring premium non-alcoholic spirits and thoughtfully crafted drinks.
